Rijksakademie alumni Mire Lee, Müge Yilmaz, Janis Rafa and Monira Al Qadiri and current resident Simnikiwe Buhlungu take part in the main exhibition of the 59th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale: 'The Milk of Dreams / Il latte dei sogni', that opens 23 April at the Giardini and the Arsenale and runs until 27 November.
The exhibition also includes 80 National Participations, with alumni Pilvi Takala, Jakup Ferri, Tina Gillen, melanie bonajo and Fernando Palma Rodríguez, representing Finland (solo), Kosovo (solo), Luxembourg (solo), the Netherlands and Mexico (group) respectively.
