Chad Cordeiro is an artist, printmaker and educator who works across the mediums of collage, print, sound, and installation. His proposed research will center on the DIY production of printmaking tools and materials as well as the production of an open-source document for the archiving and dissemination of print-based media, history, and technical processes. The aim for this research is to increase public access to printmaking practices, tools and materials by exploring various formulations of knowledge exchange around the graphic arts.
